The NSR-SET-F2 Metrology Set contains fingers and fingertips for the NSR-PG-10-20 Precision Parallel Gripper. These easily attach to or replace the gripper’s factory fingers using only a hex key wrench.
The robotic caliper with metrology fingertips enables precision measurements of many types of features on small parts. Measurement resolution is 2.5 µm (0.0001 inches) with the UR e-Series gripper.
Pair together different fingertip shapes to accommodate a wide variety of part features using well-established metrology methods.
Measure outside dimensions on a part by gripping the part between the fingertips. Measure inside dimensions by inserting the fingertips into the feature and opening the fingers to grip the inside walls of the feature.
