This video shows the New Scale Robotics NSR-PG precision gripper in a small-part pick-and-place application.
The gripper is mounted on a small collaborative robot from Universal Robots. A machine vision camera from Cognex assists in locating the parts. Internal sensors in the NSR-PG gripper confirm part acquisition. The robot, gripper, and camera are all integrated using the UR teach pendant and URCaps software.
