Q-Span Workstation Configuration and Set Up
The Q-Span Workstation is a do-it-yourself (DIY) quality inspection tool. It includes everything you need to quickly and easily set up the workstation and begin measuring your first part with the gauges you have chosen to automate. The collaborative robot is as easy to use as a smart phone – no robotics experience necessary!

Our applications engineers can assess your parts and help with a system correlation study.
Hardware design
We can help you design and build part trays and metrology fingers specific to the parts and dimensions you need to measure.
Programming
We will create the programs or “recipes” for your Q-Span Workstation to pick, measure and place your specific parts according to your metrology processes.
Calibration Testing
We recommend a complete a recertification of the NSR Gripper/Calipers at least once per year, or sooner, depending on the customer’s use case and application. We offer a factory calibration testing for this recertification.
